Located in the heart of the Central Business District, the historic Mercantile Lofts can be heralded as one of the catalytic projects that jump started Hamilton’s redevelopment. The building consists of 29 market-rate lofts tucked above street-level storefronts. Living here puts you in the middle of the downtown action, with coffee shops, restaurants, retail and a vibrant nightlife scene all within walking distance.

The lofts range from 882 to 1,498 sq ft. Amenities include gas fireplaces with mantles; granite kitchen and bath counter-tops; maple cabinetry; new stainless steel appliances; a stacked washer and dryer in each unit; 11’-16’ high ceilings; access to private outdoor space (for most units); and loads of historic architectural features.

The Mercantile Lofts project, Phase 1, was awarded Heritage Ohio’s Best Mixed-Use Rehabilitation Project for 2011.
